With our team consisting of very well trained long-term technicians and qualification engineers, we qualify your laboratory and production equipment and validate your processes efficiently and reliably. We maintain a management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, certified by TÜV Nord. It is certified that Evidencia GmbH has demonstrated compliance with the regulations for the scope “Validation of laboratory & medical equipment as well as the consulting and training required to bring about validation”.

We are also happy to advise you on the acquisition of new laboratory and production equipment. We accompany you from the beginning to the commissioning with our competence and many years of experience.

Specific norm-compliant test portfolio includes, among others:

• Simulation of error messages and warnings
• Creation of temperature profiles with up to 40 external temperature sensors and validated measurement software

In the area of steam sterilizers:

• Bowie-Dick test
• Vacuum test
• Testing of steam quality according to DIN 285 (testing for non-condensable gases, dryness, and overheating)

In the area of refrigerators/incubators:

• Parameter development: achieving the set temperature, door opening time (recovery test)
• Behavior during power outage
• Cold and hot spots

In the area of pipetting robots (from 10 µl pipetting volume):

• Determination of pipetting volume and reliability
